With the increase of the producing capacity and the technical level, more and more large enterprises intend to use auto-oven instead of traditional oven. The automatic oven controled by PLC has the advantages of the high reliability, strong capacity of anti-jamming,easy-programming,powerful functions, perfect cost performance, small dimensions, low power consuming, easy-control,good maintainability,etc. This paper introduces one design of LC controled auto-oven system. This system uses the PCL as the control platform in reference to the hardware, with the PID algorithm to carry out the temperature control. The whole system includes: temperature measurement module, temperature control module, heating module, thermal protection module, and there is data exchange between all modules through the PLC in/out interface tasks. The program of this system based upon ladder diagram, debugging the parameters of the PID, and finally verifying the feasibility of the design with emulation. The result of the experiment proves the result of this thermo-controlled system based upon PLC being of short developing time,low cost, high precision, perfect reliability, which can satisfy the demand of real-time and accurate adjust of auto-oven.
