摘要：考務管理是教務管理的重要組成部分，是提高教學管理的質量乃至建設知名高水平大學的關鍵環節之壹。考務管理的智能化、網絡化，也是實現學校教務管理的現代化和信息化的重要內容。目前大學普遍使用人工方式處理考務管理流程，過程復雜，成本較高，效率低下，為了節約管理成本，提高學校教務辦公自動化水平，用智能化的手段處理考務管理，我們開發了考務管理系統。
本文詳細論證了考務管理系統可行性和解決方案，確定了在Microsoft Windows 2000操作系統下，采用Visual Basic 6.0編程軟件作為開發工具，由Microsoft Access 作為後臺支持數據庫來開發考務管理系統的方案，設計完成的功能主要有：期中考試安排、期末考試安排、監考安排查詢、考試安排查詢、監考信息統計、考試信息統計等 。期中考試安排和期末考試安排是考務管理系統的核心部分，它的基本功能是根據相應的考試安排規定對已知人數的學生考試做出合理安排。通過檢測，本考務管理系統符合設計要求，能滿足用戶的工作需求。
本次開發由我和趙彥濤、邵亞光完成。我主要負責登錄、權限設置、提交申請、信息查詢、統計部分。
