長期從事小波分析及其應用方面的研究工作, 主持完成的科研項目有國家自然科學基金，教育部優秀青年教師基金，北京市自然科學基金等。現主持壹項國家自然科學基金：壹類帶誤差模型密度函數的小波估計（2013--2016）. 研究論文發表在國內外重要學術期刊《Mathematics of Computation》，《Applied and Computational Harmonic Analysis》《IEEE Trans.Information Theory》、《中國科學》、《數學學報》等。據北京工業大學圖書館2013年3月7日檢索，他的研究論文被SCI引用116次（他引109次）. 近3年發表的代表性論文有
