本人王愛民，現授權Tim先生和趙建國先生為星輝有限公司的付款監管人，星輝有限公司的所有開銷付款均需提交書面付款申請，並由Tim先生和趙建國先生***同簽字，方可生效付款。
I, Wang Aimin, hereby authorize Mr. Tim and Mr. Zhao Jianguo to be the payment supervisors of Xinghui Co., Ltd.（請以公司的正式英語譯名代替）. All expenses of Xinghuai Co., Ltd. must have wirtten payment applications submitted to Mr. Tim and Mr. Zhao Jianguo for them to co-sign before the expenses are legitimate for payment or reinbursement.
