8.0-10.0都這幾個版本都不是很好，不適合初學。
Delphi 2007 是Delphi 11,是07年出的，感覺不錯

Delphi 2007，2007年的Delphi有兩個版本，壹個是Delphi 2007 for win32,另壹個是Delphi for .NET,用for win32可以寫所謂的小程序
