Parties acknowledge and agree that all rights, title and interest including any intellectual property rights, like, copyright, patent or trade secret rights created, conceived or written with regard to the Product in the course of each Party’s performance under this Agreement shall be solely owned by the owner. All drawings, models, parts, data, drafts, reports, source code and/or any other Intellectual Property made or prepared by each Party hereunder shall be solely owned by the owner.
政黨承認並同意所有權利、標題和利益包括任何知識產權的,像,版權、專利、商業秘密權利創建,設想或寫關於該產品的過程中,各政黨的性能在本協議應當獨資老板。所有圖紙、模型、部件、數據、匯票、報告、源代碼和/或任何其他知識產權或準備了,任何壹方均應獨資老板。
