We are very sorry and would like to apoligize for the incovenience that our water system has cause you. At that point, it was a cold winter and so the demand for hot water rised. That was why some customers lost their hot water. To resolve this probelem, we have installed a new water system to ensure that it does not happen again. Again, we apoligize for the inconvience.
