It's Goin' Down這首歌曲是聯合公園為唱盤劊子手跨刀制作和配唱的單曲，這首歌曲收錄於唱盤劊子手的"從頭做起"專輯，此單曲MV也是由聯合公園操刀制作。
而此歌曲也在聯合公園推出的LP Underground 4.0有組曲Live版本，搭配組曲的歌曲有Step Up（收錄於混合理論EP）和Nobody's Listening（收錄於天空之城—美特拉）在加上此單曲It's Goin' Down，組合成的組曲歌名叫做Step Up/Nobody's Listening/It's Goin' Down 。

繼2004年林肯公園(Linkin Park)與嘻哈教父Jay-Z合作《Collision Course》專輯大獲成功後，來自紐約布魯克林區的說唱嘻哈樂界最成功的超級巨星巴斯達韻(Busta Rhymes)這次也邀請了搖滾天團Linkin Park壹同合作。巴斯達曾與許多嘻哈以及R&B歌手合作過，但很少和搖滾樂隊同臺演出，為了跨出新的壹步，巴斯達韻和林肯公園合作了壹首新歌《We Made It》，這首歌講的是壹個努力要從街頭躋身到上層社會的平凡人的故事，合作的成果正如歌名所示，讓雙方都很滿意。也相當符合Linkin Park給樂迷壹貫的正面向上的印象。
說到錄制這首歌的過程，林肯公園團員Mike說，“歌曲中我們負責的部分大多是2007年在臺北的演唱會前抽空在壹間錄音室裏完成的，當時巴斯達在地球另壹端的紐約跟洛杉磯錄制他的部分”。巴斯達韻還和林肯公園壹起為《We Made It》拍攝了音樂錄影帶。
New Divide

期盼已久的傳說中的 Linkin Park 新單曲名字確認，叫《New Divide》，該單曲將作為《Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen》（變形金剛2：卷土重來）的主題曲。
5月18日全球同步播出，《變形金剛2：卷土重來》將於6月24日全球上映，同時，該片的原聲大碟將於6月23日發行。
在這首Linkin Park專門為電影量身定做的主題曲中，雖然有Chester Bennington的憤怒呼喊聲，但卻沒有Mike Shinoda的Rap，所以那些懷念Mike聲音的歌迷們還得再等壹段時間。
對於這次為電影創作主題曲，Linkin Park主創之壹的Mike Shinoda曾經在樂隊的MySpace上表示：“我們有機會為本年度最值得期待的壹部電影創作主題曲，這實在是太令人興奮了。拍攝壹支與音樂相配的MV是壹回事，但為大銀幕制作音樂卻是壹項完全不壹樣的挑戰，但我們樂意接受這個挑戰。”
電影導演Michael Bay則對樂隊的表現相當滿意，稱道“他們的歌曲絕對帶出了電影的精髓。”
